Through an exclusive partnership with SDI Health, Publicis Touchpoint Solutions is able to provide our clients continuous promotion-response modeling. Together with SDI, we have built a proprietary state-of-the-art prescription-based reporting and performance tracking database that allows us to segment and profile HCPs, generate target lists, and flexibly manage multichannel communications. This advanced capability enables us to help our clients reach the right target at the right time using the right channel to maximize impact.
In addition, the platform lets us integrate other healthcare data such as office-based claims, hospital claims, and electronic medical records, as well as consumer data such as race, ethnicity, and socioeconomic status. Publicis Touchpoint Solutions uses its proprietary database to provide clients with industry-leading healthcare analytics, including:
- Advanced segmentation (value-, behavior-, and attitude-based)
- Multi- and cross-channel response and mix modeling

All prescription data is derived from electronic healthcare claims, which are available in near real-time and include:
- NCPDP prescription claims (history from April 2001)—submitted for patients receiving a prescription via retail pharmacy. The NCPDP prescription claims represent dispensed prescriptions for approximately 55% of all pharmacies.
- CMS-1500 medical claims (history from September 1999)—completed for patients seen in physician offices. SDI receives approximately 650 million claims per year submitted by over 350,000 physicians. This data is available in near real-time and is the largest ongoing tracking program of outpatient office visit data.
