Steve is responsible for HR, and for internal, direct-to-company, and contract recruitment. In addition, he oversees the company’s healthcare education.

Life Sciences Background

Steve has more than 22 years experience in the industry, including 16 years with Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he was Division Manager, Regional Sales Director, and Director of Recruitment and Employee Relations. He has been at Publicis Touchpoint Solutions for over 5 years, where he has participated in the contract recruitment of more than 4,000 sales representatives and managers, and more than 1,000 direct-to-company representatives and managers.

Passion

Steve's lifelong dedication is to improve the health and lives of people. He has devoted his career to expanding the critical role that the biopharma industry plays in realizing these goals. When recruiting candidates, Steve looks for people who possess his same passion for health care, as well as those who share his commitment to volunteering and being active in civic and charitable organizations. Steve is a long-time pianist who has enjoyed composing and playing for patients and disabled individuals.
