Pamela GoykeSenior Vice President, Client Operations, Current Responsibilities Pam is responsible for all technology delivery and management for Publicis Touchpoint Solutions. She leads company-wide efforts to enhance all customer-directed technologies, systems, tools and processes capabilities across the organization to address strategic and tactical commercial requirements. Life Sciences Background Pam brings nearly 25 years of experience in leading technology and business process organizations to top performance with particular focus in the contact center environment. Her areas of expertise include customer relationship and client management; strategic technology planning and implementation; contact center operations; and business process optimization. Most recently, Pam served as the chief information officer and senior vice president for 10 years at ICT Group. Prior to ICT, Pam was senior manager at Ernst and Young, where she directed client engagements and revenue production for the high-growth CRM and call center practice. Moreover, Pam spent over 15 years at Electronic Data Systems as a division vice president, where she led eight contact centers supporting 2,000 employees. Passion Pam is a dedicated professional with a relentless focus on providing solutions. She is passionate about her work, her clients, and continually contributing to the organization’s success. Pam has tremendous respect for technology and how it is impacting the healthcare industry, as well as our everyday lives. Pam’s drive and energy carries over to her personal life.
